I’ll never forget the time I accomplished a goal. It all started when I was at home, and it was five o’clock pm .I was outside playing soccer. I practiced kicking the ball hard by kicking it with right foot. One time I kicked the ball so hard, I almost broke a fence (it was as cool as a lion running).
Moments later, I started to get tired by kicking the ball with right foot. All the sudden, I start to kick with left foot. I used to kick so weakly. Everytime I practiced I got stronger and stronger each day.
Minutes later, I started to kick harder. When I kicked the ball, it went as fast as a cheetah. I got surprised. That’s when I acconplished my goal.
In retrospect, I learned that if you practiced you can accomplish your goal. This lesson is important because you can accomplish many goals. I still use this lesson by kicking with left foot.

My Favorite Holiday by Diamond Moore
Although I enjoy every holiday, Thanksgiving is my favorite. Initially, on Thanksgiving you can have delicious food. When you are eating that delicious food you can have a warm, juicy, tender turkey. After you are done eating that wonderful food, you can have pumpkin pie for dessert. Moreover, you can go see your family for Thanksgiving. Also, you can see your cousins from Oklahoma. When my cousins get there, we can play DJ Hero. Last but not least, on Thanksgiving you can relax. You can watch the football game. When the game is over you can take a long nap.Without question, Thanksgiving is the greatest holiday on the earth.

My Favorite Adult by Brandon Lanzas Carrillo
My favorite adult is my grandpa for many amazing reasons. To begin, he makes me laugh like a hyena. His jokes would make you pee your pants. Furthermore, it’s always fun when he plays with me. We play games like Uno or Catch. Finally, he buys us some sweet games, so we go to his house. Some games are “Spiderman” and “Zelda.”. As you can see, my grandpa is the best.

My Most Important Item by Venyce Cervantez
Even though I have many important things to me, my first stuffed animal is the most important. To begin, she is so fuzzy (like a baby gorilla). I always squeeze her. Additionally, she is so small. I sleep with her sometimes if I have bad dreams. Finally, she is really colorful. She looks like a rainbow. To sum up, she’s the most important thing to me because she’s fuzzy, small, and colorful.

How I Could Live Without Technology by Brandon Lanzas Carrillo
These are the three ways that I could live whithout a computer, TV, or video games. For starters, we could read about animals like the cheetah. Other things we could learn about is math, reading, and even scince. Moreover, I would exercise for my health. Doing the incline is a good way to exercise. Finally, I always will like sleepovers. My grandparents always invite me to sleepover and we play games (like chess and checkers ). To wrap up, that’s how I could live without a computer, TV, or video games.

My Favorite Class by Ashley Martinez
Even though there are many classes, writing is the best. To begin, I like Writers Workshop because it is fun. I like to write and type it on the computer. Next, we put our writing on our website. People can see our work; many people can view our narratives and expository writing. Finally, we do conclusion sentences in writing class. Conclusion sentences are fun to do because we can write it long or short. Clearly, writing is the best for many important reason.

My Scary Moment by Ashely Martinez
I’ll always remember the time I was scared or frightened. It all started when two monster were walking. They had ice cream cone feet. They walked into our bedroom. We started to scream louder then a dog. We started to run away from the monster.
Just before the two monsters came in, I saw they had diamonds on their face. The two monster were smiling funny; we started to scream again. They had matchstick on their hands. They were grumpy because they were not friendly. They were trying to kill us with matchsticks.
After they tried to get us, I saw they had locks on their knees. The monsters were trying to get us but we were in the closet. We were talking to each other and they finally found us. They took us away from our home. But we got away from the monsters. Then we went back home and the monsters never found us again.
Looking back it is always good to face your fear. We don’t want to be afraid of monsters any more. It helps us to not be afraid of monsters.

My Favorite Music by Arianna Lopez
My favorite music is country for many reasons. To begin, country sounds amazing. Taylor Swift sings country; she is amazing, wonderful, and talented. Additionally, if you hear country you will love it. You can sing country too (like on the radio). Last but not least, country can tell stories. These stories can make you cry like a baby. As you can tell, I really like country music because it sounds amazing, you will love it, and it can tell stories.

My Happy Time by Ciso Aragon
I’ll never forget the time I was happy. It all started when I was at my cousin’s house. I was droppet off at Walmart. Then I got picked up by my very best cousins (Frankie and Mariah). Then I went to their house.
Later that day,at my cousin’s house we played a big game of football. Then Frankie and I played PS3 and Wii; on the PS3 we played Madden and on the Wii we played Tennis.
Shortly after, Frankie and I went upstairs to play Apples to Apples. After we won the game, we were going to sleep but Frankie and I were making a tent in the house. When everyone fell asleep we made noise like monsters growling at my dog Romo.
Looking back, I learned that going to my cousin’s house and playing games is awesome. I never realized how fun it could be to hang out with my family.

My Favorite Animal by Destiny Torres
My favorite animal is a duckling. To begin, ducklings are cute and fuzzy. They are very fuzzy when you pet their yellow fur. They are as small as your pencil. Additionally, they are nice to you when you hold them. They love to give you friendly kisses on the cheek. Also they lick you when you get close to their face. Lastly, they have the cutest quack ever; their quack is so adorable. Their quack is calm and sweet (like a puppy sleeping). Clearly, ducklings are my favorite animal because they are cute, friendly, and their quack is cute.
