My Favorite Item by Jesus Lamberty

My favorite item is my dad’s 21-foot Baitliner for many reasons. To start, we can go tubing and fishing. You can catch enormous catfish and humongous pike. Next, when I go fast on the tube, my dad cheers me on. It feels like you are on rocks when you go fast. Lastly, you can dive off the end of my dad’s boat. We can do flips off of it as high as a helicopter in the sky. In conclusion, my favorite item is my dad’s 21-foot Baitliner because you can go tubing and fishing, my dad cheers me on, and you can dive off of it.

My Favorite Car by Orlando Franceschi

My favorite type of car is a ’69 Dodge Charger for 3 reasons. First and foremost, the seats would be awesome. My seats would be smooth leather. Furthermore, my ’69 Dodge Charger will go extremely fast. It will go 186 miles per hour. Last but not least, the color of the car is sick. It is orange, it is brighter than the sun. Without question, my favorite car is a ’69 Dodge Charger.

Computer Club by Arianna Lopez

Although I like many clubs, I would create a computer club. To begin, for our computer club we should be able to go on the internet. In our computer club we can do research on frogs (like slimy toads). Moreover, publishing can help you become a better typer. Also, typing SCRs can be hard because SCRs are tests. Fun stuff like posting on your blog is kind of an activity .Lastly, Successmaker can help you learn different things. Having math skills can help you be a better math student. Getting smart will let you get better grades like Albert Einstein. Thus, a computer club would be excellent.

My favorite place to eat is Carlos Miguel’s for 3 good reasons. To start, Carlos Miguel’s has Mexican food. I like Carlos Miguel’s because it’s delicious. Next, I like to eat at Carlos Miguel’s because I can learn a different culture. I can experience a different type of food. Last but not least, it’s the best restaurant because you can bring your whole family there. We could celebrate a birthday, or just eat there. Now you can see, my favorite place to eat is at is Carlos Miguel’s because it has Mexican food, I can learn a different culture, and you can bring your whole family there!

Why I Should Work in a Candy Shop by Alyssa Martin

Dear Mr.Candy,

I’m perfect to work at a candy shop.To begin, I’m a computer when I work. I am really good at math, people would have their totals quicker than you can say supercalifragilisticexpialidocious.Also, I’m a really good at reading, I can speak different languages.Additionally, my behavior is as good as Anna-Lisa’s.I never yell at little kids, or adults as a matter of fact.Plus, I am very very soft hearted.Finally, I have a wonderful personality. I’m super duper funny.Of course I’m creative (from my mom of course), too! Clearly, I would be perfect to work at a candy shop because I am smart, have good behavior, and have a wonderful personality.

My Favorite Place to Eat by Savannah Stein

My favorite place to eat is Texas Road House. To begin, they have peanuts when you sit down. They also give you peanuts when you leave. Moreover, they have some amazing bread on the table. While you are waiting you can munch on them for a little while. Finally, there steak is baller. They water in my mouth by the time I am done chewing; I am not thirsty anymore. They are enormous like the Twin Towers, too. Thus, Texas Road House is my favorite place to eat because the peanuts, the amazing bread and the mouth watering steak

Nasty Burgers by Gloria Medrano

Even though I have a lot of least favorite meals, my least favorite meal is my Mom’s home made hamburgers. To begin, my mom puts too much of her garlic. Her garlic is spicy as a jalapeno. Her home made hamburgers are hot. Equally important, they taste nasty like garbage. The reason why they taste so nasty is because my mom puts too much onion. Last but not least, my mom makes them to greasy like lotion. She puts too much oil in her home made hamburgers. That’s what makes her hamburgers to greasy. Clearly, this is why I don’t like my Mom’s home made hamburgers.

Even though there are many rappers Eminem is my favorite. To begin, Eminem is my favorite rapper in the world. My favorite song is When I’m Gone. Next, I really love to listen to the awesome beats really loud. Have you tried it on Rock Band? You can listen to crazy streams. To sum up, listening to Eminem is best in the whole world because my favorite song by him is When I’m Gone, he has awesome beats, and I play it on Rock Band 2.

In Honor of Chris Tarte and Veterans Everywhere

The 4th and 5th graders of Oak Creek Elementary honor the servicemen and women of the United States who put their lives on the line every day to fight for the freedom and security of our country.

We would also like to honor Chris Tarte, a true American hero who valiantly risked his life in Afghanistan in order to protect the rights and freedoms of Americans everywhere. Chris recently suffered serious injuries in service of his country, and the boys and girls of Oak Creek want to commend him for his honorable service and wish him the best birthday and Veterans Day we can. We appreciate your bravery and service and it is because of people like you that we are able to have the opportunities and freedoms only found in this great nation.

The famous people I want to meet are the Iconic Boyz for many reasons. To begin, the Iconic Boyz are from ABDC or known as Americas Best Dance Crew. They are the best, but they didn’t win the competition. Next, I like the Iconic Boyz because they are from New Jersey. I really want to meet them. Last but not least, I’ve been saving my money to go to New Jersey to see them, I have $83.10. I’m going to bring 5 of my friends and my 1 month older cousin. Now you see, the famous I want to meet is the Iconic Boyz.

I like fall for so many reasons. To begin, I like fall because the leaves are changing. The colors are orange, green, yellow, and brown. Additionally, in October it’s my mom’s birthday on the 31. My grandma makes a yummy cake for my mom’s birthday. Last but not least, the thing I like most about fall is…. HALLOWEEN. I like to dress up as a witch. Also I get lots of candy! As you can tell, I really like fall.

Although I have many favorite class pets, my top favorite is a bunny. To begin, the bunny is fluffy. He is as smooth as a baby kitten. Next, the bunny will hop around the room. He will bounce as high as a toad. Finally, my bunny will be cute. He will be as cute as a baby frog. Clearly,my class pet will be a bunny for many reasons.

If I had to pick my favorite animal it would be a puppy. To begin, my puppy would be playful. Every time we play, we would play with the ball. After we play with the ball, he would roll as fast as a cheetah. Furthermore, he would be so cute. He would be as cute as a rainbow. He would also be as cute as a baby panda. He would also be so cute; I would pet him every time he does something for me. Also, I would walk him around the city. He would walk around the whole park. I would walk him down the street (especially on the sidewalk). He would walk around the whole park. I would walk him in the sidewalk. Then, I would exercise him at the house. We would play fetch. He would be running around the house. He would run as fast as a cheetah. Finally, we would go to the beach and swim. We would splash everywhere on the beach. My puppy and I would dive all the way to the bottom of the beach. As you can see, I would pick a puppy because he would be playful, cute, and I would exercise him.

If I can meet one person it would be Demarcus Ware. To begin, he is a NFL football player. He plays for the Cowboys. Next, we play the same position. We play defensive end, they need to be strong. Last, he’s famous. He is one of the hardest hitting players in the NFL. If I can meet anyone, it would be Demarcus Ware.

Best Friend by Destiny Torres

If I could describe my friend, it would be Venyce. To begin, she is nice and sweet. When I get hurt she helps me. Also she doesn’t do stuff behind my back, like tell lies to people. Additionally, we love to play together by playing basketball at Quail Lake Park. We like to eat cucumbers; eating cucumbers is very healthy for you. Lastly, we don’t fight by yelling each other. We don’t even call each other names. Clearly, you can see that I have a true best friend!
