A Time I Was Proud by Angel Garcia Nunez

I’ll never forget the time I accomplished a goal. It all started when I was at home, and it was five o’clock pm .I was outside playing soccer. I practiced kicking the ball hard by kicking it with right foot. One time I kicked the ball so hard, I almost broke a fence (it was as cool as a lion running).
Moments later, I started to get tired by kicking the ball with right foot. All the sudden, I start to kick with left foot. I used to kick so weakly. Everytime I practiced I got stronger and stronger each day.
Minutes later, I started to kick harder. When I kicked the ball, it went as fast as a cheetah. I got surprised. That’s when I acconplished my goal.
In retrospect, I learned that if you practiced you can accomplish your goal. This lesson is important because you can accomplish many goals. I still use this lesson by kicking with left foot.

My Favorite Holiday by Diamond Moore

Although I enjoy every holiday, Thanksgiving is my favorite. Initially, on Thanksgiving you can have delicious food. When you are eating that delicious food you can have a warm, juicy, tender turkey. After you are done eating that wonderful food, you can have pumpkin pie for dessert. Moreover, you can go see your family for Thanksgiving. Also, you can see your cousins from Oklahoma. When my cousins get there, we can play DJ Hero. Last but not least, on Thanksgiving you can relax. You can watch the football game. When the game is over you can take a long nap.Without question, Thanksgiving is the greatest holiday on the earth.

My Favorite Adult by Brandon Lanzas Carrillo

My favorite adult is my grandpa for many amazing reasons. To begin, he makes me laugh like a hyena. His jokes would make you pee your pants. Furthermore, it’s always fun when he plays with me. We play games like Uno or Catch. Finally, he buys us some sweet games, so we go to his house. Some games are “Spiderman” and “Zelda.”. As you can see, my grandpa is the best.

My Most Important Item by Venyce Cervantez

Even though I have many important things to me, my first stuffed animal is the most important. To begin, she is so fuzzy (like a baby gorilla). I always squeeze her. Additionally, she is so small. I sleep with her sometimes if I have bad dreams. Finally, she is really colorful. She looks like a rainbow. To sum up, she’s the most important thing to me because she’s fuzzy, small, and colorful.

How I Could Live Without Technology by Brandon Lanzas Carrillo

These are the three ways that I could live whithout a computer, TV, or video games. For starters, we could read about animals like the cheetah. Other things we could learn about is math, reading, and even scince. Moreover, I would exercise for my health. Doing the incline is a good way to exercise. Finally, I always will like sleepovers. My grandparents always invite me to sleepover and we play games (like chess and checkers ). To wrap up, that’s how I could live without a computer, TV, or video games.
